Project: Derby City Council Offices
The works at Derby City Council offices involved the refurbishment of areas of the ground floor for alternative uses. Working alongside Wates construction, East Kirkby Engineering undertook the Mechanical and Plumbing services to the new Department of Works and Pensions, Library and office spaces.
