EKE carried out over two years, the upgrade and modernisation of the Mechanical and Plumbing Installation throughout the impressive Market Hall. The works included, LTHW Heating, Gas, Kitchen Extract Ventilation, Heat Recovery Ventilation, General Extract Ventilation, Water Services, AGD, Sanitary Ware, BMS Controls.

The Main Contractor was Wates Construction Limited.
